It is optional to face 1 or both groups at a single attempt. Afterward, it includes an internship under a CS for 15 months after completing CS Executive.

  1. CS Final – It is the final stage of this program. It contains two groups. Group 1 having subjects –

  • Secretarial Practice Relating to economic laws and Drafting and Conveyancing,
  • Secretarial Management and Systems Audit

Group 2 having subjects-

  • Financial Treasury and Forex Management

Group 3 having subjects-

If you have strong Analytical Skills then it is the best option for you to choose. A student can enroll in Business Analytics after their Bachelor’s degree. It is a 6-months to 1-year full-time course. It consists of different subjects like Quantitative Methods, Mathematics and computing, Statistics, Advance excel, Statistical Analysis, Data Modelling, Business Intelligence, Computational Methods, data mining, some python programming concepts and modeling concepts.

After completion of the course one can work on capstone projects for better understanding of concepts.

All exams of CA are conducted twice a year in May and November that makes them the most important months of the year. There are two entry schemes for CA course-

1.Direct entry scheme -By this route a commerce graduate/ post-graduate with 55% aggregate or another graduate/post-graduate with 60% aggregate can pursue this course. The benefit of choosing this route to pursue CA is that the person is exempted to give CA Foundation exam. Then such a person must have to give CA IPCC/CA inter exam which has two groups. It is optional to face one group at a time or to face both of them.

The subjects to be studied in CA inter-are advanced accounts, corporate laws, taxation, financial management, cost accounting, strategic management. Then there is an internship for 3 years that is a practice under a CA of practical subjects like taxation and audit. Afterward it there is a CA final exam that again has two groups having four subjects each and again it is optional to give one group or both. After clearing it one can become a CA.

2.CA Foundation route – A person pursuing CA by this route can first have to appear for the CA foundation having four subjects and afterward, CA inter and it continues the same as in the direct entry scheme.

If we talk about the salary packages there is nothing provisional. A CA can have a minimum pay of even less than 400,000 p.a. and maximum to 15,00,000 p.a. A person can become a CA under the guidance of the ICAI Institute of chartered accountants of India. It is a valuable course. Moreover, it requires a little discipline and hard work.

 

  1. Financial Modelling

Financial Modelling or FM is a hardcore skill for Financial Analysis and anyone that is dealing with the Financial department from any entrepreneur to equity Analyst, or Banker. This course does not require any special qualifications.
